*   In Nature, In the Ocean, On the Beach: $27

Note: All our Outdoor & Indoor classes also include Energy work, Breathing Techniques, Meditation & Yoga Mat. Classes inside our Studio, Pool or Garden additionally include 5-10 minutes of Sound Healing*

1 Hour Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Pilates, Yoga, Fitness

*   Surfside Beach Sunrise 8 or 9 am or Sunset 6 pm: $40

*   Mangel Halto Beach Sunrise 8 or 9 am or Sunset 6 pm: $45

*   Palm Beach right side Divi Phoenix Hotel 9am / 6pm: $48
