Pool usage
1. *Pool care:* The pool is covered with plastic to preserve the heat of the water and prevent dirt from entering. It can be easily removed for use, ensuring that bubbles remain in the water when the lid is returned. Enjoy the pool!
2. *Hygiene:* Remember to shower before entering the pool. There is a shower available outside at the kiosk for your convenience.
3. *Water Care:* The use of sunscreen, insect repellent, and hair products can affect the balance of pool water. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the pool in optimal condition!
4. *Hairbands* Please remove any hairbands before swimming in the pool. Hairbands can easily get caught in the pool pump, causing damage or reducing its optimal functioning. Since the nearest pool companies are at least a 1.5-hour drive away, it’s crucial to prevent this to maintain the quality of the pool water and ensure everyone’s enjoyment
Beautiful nature and birds
I encourage you to go down to the source to the bamboo forest, where there is a little stream of water and enjoy the view from the balconies of your home or from the roof of the Caretakers apartment.
In the early morning, between 5:30 and 6:00 a.m., you will be able to witness how all the birds waking up to start the day.
It is a truly beautiful experience that you will not want to miss.

The Coffee Region is a very beautiful place surrounded by nature where you must walk a lot to see all the nature, wear appropriate and
comfortable shoes and clothing for days full of adventures.
PACK A SWIMSUIT:
It is helpful to pack a swimsuit, towel, hat and water-friendly shoes.
SUN PROTECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT:
When you visit tropical regions, you tend to spend a lot of time outdoors and we recommend using sun protection.
APPROPRIATE SHOES:
It is very essential to choose the right footwear for all tours. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes with cushioned soles.
VARIED CLIMATE:
The Coffee Region has a varied climate, it is advisable to bring a jacket, umbrella, raincoat and fresh clothing.
LEAVE VALUABLES AT HOME:
To disconnect and not have to worry about jewelry or valuable items, leave them at home.
Even if the region is quiet and safe during transfers, transfers, visits and distractions, you could lose those valuable items.
CAMERA:
Remembering is living… and having a good camera is essential to capture those unforgettable moments.
HYDRATION AND DRIVING IN THE MOUNTAINS:

It is best to do groceries before arriving in Ulloa, in 1 of the large supermarkets, so you have all you need before you arrive at your vacation home.
Don’t forget to buy charcoal if you wish to grill
WIFI INFORMATION
There are 3 internet routers for WIFI:
1. On the front patio at the entrance.
2. In the office upstairs
3. On the balcony of the master bedroom
4. In Jesus’ apartment
You can always receive a good WiFi signal, depending on where you are, you can connect to the router closest to you.
Just set your wifi settings to automatically switch your wifi to the closest router.

Please download the app:

This app is to control the LIGHTS inside of the house and on the balcony.
1. To turn the lights ON and OFF
2. To control the intensity of the lights
3. To control the colors of the lights.
The app only works if you do not turn of the switches inside of the house, they have to stay ON all the time, and can be turned OFF with the App.

Jezus is the caretaker of your Vacation Home Namaste Colombia. He stays in a private apartment separate from the main house. He will be there to greet and serve guests, helping with any needs such as lighting the fire pit or activating the pool jets and lights.
