Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for your peace of mind. Please take a moment to review our cancellation terms:

1. Cancellation Period:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

2. Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In cases of extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

3. No-Show:

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a “no-show,” and the reservation will be canceled without a refund.

4. Early Departure:

If you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, the unused nights are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case unexpected situations arise.
